By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or purchase our products.

🛍️ Digital Products Only

All products sold on this website are digital downloads.
No physical items will be shipped.

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to download your purchased files.

⚖️ Copyright & Ownership

All designs, artwork, graphics, and digital files are the exclusive intellectual property of J L Gerace Designs and are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the file, not ownership of the artwork.

📄 Licensing & Usage

Each product includes a specific license, which is outlined on the product page and within the download.

Digital PNG Files

  • Licensed for personal and small-business commercial use (up to 500 physical items or prints per design)

  • Digital files may not be resold, shared, or redistributed

  • Print-on-demand platforms require an Extended License

Digital Wall Art & Printables

  • Licensed for personal use only

  • Commercial use, resale, redistribution, or selling printed copies is not permitted without an Extended License

Full license terms apply as stated on each product listing.

🚫 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, share, or redistribute digital files

  • Claim the artwork as your own

  • Create or sell clipart sets, templates, or editable designs (including Canva templates)

  • Upload files to print-on-demand platforms without an Extended License

  • Convert files into other formats for resale

  • Use designs for embroidery digitizing, AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-based products

🔁 Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, cancellations, or exchanges once files have been downloaded.

🎨 Color & Print Variations

Colors may vary depending on:

  • Monitor settings

  • Printer settings

  • Paper type and print method

We cannot guarantee exact color matching across devices or printers.

💼 Extended Licensing

If you wish to:

  • Exceed usage limits

  • Use designs on print-on-demand platforms

  • Sell printed wall art

  • Use designs commercially beyond the included license

🔐 Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and download links.
We are not responsible for lost files due to user error, deleted files, or expired download access.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

J L Gerace Designs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use purchased digital products.

All products are provided “as is.”
