⚖️ LICENSE 1: DIGITAL PNG FILES

(Craft / Sublimation / Design Use)

Thank you for purchasing from J L Gerace Designs.
Each PNG file is an original digital design intended for personal and small-business crafting use.

By downloading or purchasing this file, you agree to the terms below.

✅ You May

Use these designs for personal projects and small-business commercial use (up to 500 physical items or prints per design)
Apply the artwork to physical products such as shirts, mugs, tumblers, tote bags, stickers, ornaments, pillows, and similar items
Use the artwork in your own business marketing, packaging, or branding
Include the design in flattened, finished digital products (such as printable wall art or invitations) only if the artwork cannot be extracted, isolated, or reused in any form

🚫 You May Not

Resell, share, gift, or redistribute the digital files in any format
Sell or offer the design as a digital download, clipart, bundle, or design element
Convert or export the artwork into other formats (SVG, EPS, PSD, AI, etc.) for resale or redistribution
Digitize, convert, or reproduce the artwork for embroidery, applique, or stitch-based formats
Upload or sell the artwork on print-on-demand platforms (Redbubble, Teespring, Society6, etc.) without an Extended License
Use the artwork to create or sell editable templates (including Canva templates)
Use the artwork in AI datasets, NFT projects, or blockchain content
Claim the artwork as your own or use it to create new clipart sets or derivative collections

🔁 Refund Policy (Digital Products)

Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered once files have been downloaded.

💼 Extended Licensing

If you wish to:

Produce more than 500 units
Use the artwork on print-on-demand platforms
Include the design in a larger commercial digital project

Upload or sell the artwork as a digital download or printable
Create or sell editable templates (including Canva templates)

Include the artwork in bundles, templates, or digital products
